في مشهد مأساوي مروع بالجبيل قتل طفل نفسه بالخطأ حينماكان في سيارة والده، وفي التفاصيل أن الأب ترجل من سيارته وهي في وضع التشغيلتاركاً طفله بداخلها متجهاً لإحدى البقالات لبضع دقائق
وعندما عاد الأب للسيارة صعق بمشاهدة طفله وعمرهثلاث سنوات وقد احتجزت رقبته في مشهد رهيب بزجاج النافذة حيث كان الطفل قد أخرجرأسه من النافذة في الوقت الذي كانت أحدى ركبتاه قد ضغطت على أزرار رفع الزجاج
ولم يستطع التحكم بإنزال زجاج النافذة التي أطبقتتماماً على رقبته إلى أقصى حد. وهرع الأب بشكل هستيري لإنزال النافذة ليجد الطفلجثة هامدة بلا حراك أو تنفس وسط ذهول المارة وكل من شاهد الحادثة التي أبكت الجميعبحزن وألم شديد.

MUSCAT — Two boys aged 6 and 11 were shot with a rifle held by another boy aged 11 in Al Athaiba yesterday, according to Royal Oman Police (ROP) sources. The boy was playing with the rifle inside his family home when it went off accidentally. A bullet pierced through the abdomen of the boy and exited through his back, hitting the hand of the other boy. The injured boys were rushed to the Royal Hospital for treatment. The source urged parents to keep fire arms away from reach of children. — ONA
